Under Rack Cleaning

It goes without saying that to efficiently clean a large warehouse floor space, you need large floor cleaning equipment. However these machines are perceived to be less maneuverable and unable to clean in confined spaces and under racking.

For one large national food storage facility, constant spills and leakages being trapped under the racking were proving difficult to manage. When it came time to upgrade their existing floor cleaning machine they took the opportunity to engage in a free site inspection with Conquest. A floor cleaning expert determined that the Conquest CRZ with customisation would suit their needs. The CRZ has been cleverly engineered to ensure an effective and efficient clean between wide warehouse aisles. The addition of the built in 60psi spray wand allows the user to clean confined spaces where the scrubber cannot reach. Adding an optional vacuum and squeegee brush provided the ability to easily clean under racking and around fixed equipment.
