Specialty Floor Surfaces

When CMV Truck and Bus opened the doors to their new80,000m2 state-of-the art facility in Derrimut, they sought
a solution to clean and protect the specialty MasterTop 200 flooring.

MasterTop200 is designed to resist penetration by oil, grease, hydraulic fluids and other industrial chemicals that can deteriorate the surface. The iron-armored surface hardener offers abrasion resistance and impact protection.

Home to the largest truck and bus workshop in the Southern Hemisphere, the new CMV facility houses more than 100 service work bays, subjected to automotive grease and oil spills plus the inevitable build up of dirt and tyre marks.

Following a complimentary assessment onsite, Conquest tailored a recommendation that provided a thorough clean with flexibility to clean one work bay at a time, minimising interruption to workflow across adjacent work bays.

The powerful Conquest Hero walk-behind power scrubber features disc brushes which are ideal for flat surfaces. With up to 115kg of down-pressure and a brush speed of 350rpm, the Hero makes this mission possible.
