We offer next business day delivery Australia-wide for orders of stocked parts up to 5kg, if placed before 2pm Melbourne/Sydney/Brisbane time. We also provide a track and trace service for parts orders, with details emailed to you as soon as the order is received.

Onboarding and training benefits
Our dedicated team specialises in onboarding, which includes delivery and operator training. Training is provided at the time of delivery, with ongoing training (for example, for new operators or for WHS protocol adherence) on request. Delivery is free of charge in metro Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
Training benefits include:
- Optimising the performance and results of the machine.
- Enabling operators to perform basic maintenance, which prolongs the longevity of the machine and minimises the risk of emergency breakdowns.
- Meeting WHS protocols or criteria for certification audits.
