Dulux Paint, the largest manufacturer of paint products in Australia, required a solution catered to the unique environment of their new paint manufacturing site. As expected, the site regularly encountered paint spills that needed to be removed quickly, before the paint dried or caused a safety hazard.
We considered the requirements and began trialling machines to determine the best solution for this challenging task. In conclusion we delivered Dulux Paint with two Carbon Scrubbing machines, each fitted with wash guns and vacuum wands. The recommended solution enables quick and simple cleaning of paint spills under low machines, and in hard-to-reach areas.
