In 2020, I’m proud to say that the team at Conquest rose to the challenge superbly and were able to ease a number of key pain-points for our customers.
The Zero Downtime program was launched, offering assurance that in the event of a machine breakdown, Conquest will have an immediate replacement delivered and the machine repair process expedited.
We revamped our short-term hire offering, with a key focus on providing flexibility and choice for customers. Expanding our short-term hire options into both New South Wales and Queensland, we are now able to deliver the Conquest difference to a greater number of business and facilities than ever before.
Our updated website went live, with the new layout facilitating a much-improved digital experience, matching the exceptional in-person customer experience that Conquest is renowned for.
As we embark on the journey into 2021, the team at Conquest is excited to continue to develop and evolve our product range, ensuring an optimised, cost-effective and efficient solution for your commercial and industrial cleaning needs.
We are committed to the continuous improvement of our service support network, growing our team to ensure our support staff on the ground remains commensurate to our customers’ needs.
