As Conquest was founded in 1973 as a service company they have always understood the utmost importance of maintaining equipment to get the maximum service life and optimum performance.

More recently Conquest has overhauled their service contract structure to simplify for customers to ensure that all machines are being maintained to level their customers expect.

Two levels of contract are offered, the Platinum and Silver. The differences are as follows:

PLATINUM: This is a genuine, fully maintained contract which includes all servicing, repairs and breakdowns and a set number of consumables per year. The only exclusions to this very comprehensive agreement is operator misuse and/or abuse. This gives customers the total peace-of-mind that their investment is totally covered and they have a fixed monthly cost which assists with cost scheduling.

SILVER: This is a preventative maintenance contract that is charged per service and includes an onsite visit by a qualified technician, a full service, inspection, clean and adjustment of the machine. A report is then prepared for any parts which may be required and are charged separately. The Silver agreement is ideal for low use machines and for customers that want to control costs but want the assurance that servicing is not going to be overlooked and the machine is always in premium condition.
