The Conquest Service Team are committed to delivering elevated service levels nationally, and you can expect to see Joe regularly at both Conquest’s Brisbane and Sydney operations. The increased demand has seen additional Technicians join the team, to undertake Conquest’s professional training on all products from walk behind floor scrubbers to ride on floor sweepers – and everything in between!
To further refine our service offering, we will soon be introducing in-house machine servicing. Negating the call-out fee enables cost management, whilst providing an opportunity to talk directly with a Conquest product expert. We welcome the opportunity to provide tips and advice to further improve efficiency with tailored cleaning solutions.
Another way we intend to improve service delivery, is through providing Conquest Technicians with greater access to our increased inventory of spare parts. This enables our Technicians around the country to deliver even faster service turn-around. Melbourne locals will also be able to purchase parts direct over the counter, saving on time and shipping fees.
