At Conquest, we have put together 5-points to make doing business with us as easy as ever.
1. Virtual Consultations & Training
Stricter social distancing measures and tightening company policies means it’s not always practical to meet face-to-face. We offer phone or video site assessments, product demonstrations and operator training. So it’s business as usual.
2. Contactless Delivery
We are offering contactless delivery for all new purchase or hires. Our team will simply call ahead to determine an agreed delivery drop-off location. After your machine has been delivered, we will call again to confirm your machine has arrived safe and sound.
3. Disinfecting Machines
All of our machines are disinfected with hospital grade disinfectant before delivery. Our hire and rental machines are also disinfected between terms.
4. Virtual Technical Support & Troubleshooting
We will work with you to keep your Conquest machine operational when you need it most. Simply call us on 1800 826 789, and our technical support team will talk you through the basics.
5. Respecting Social Distancing
Sometimes, having someone onsite is the best solution. We are happy to visit your facility to make deliveries and service our machines, and have policies in place to ensure safety for all parties.
