Speaking at the recent Grand Opening of the new premises, Managing Director Michael Mathews expressed his excitement of what’s to come. “We’re continuously striving to deliver great customer service” Mathews said. “This new facility provides the capacity to store a greater volume of machines and spare parts, to ensure they are readily available when our customers need. It provides a homebase to scale with our growing team of mobile service technicians. The Wetherill Park premises is more than four times larger than Conquest’s previous address. Conquest believe upscaling is critical in a world where delays and disruptions impacting at all points on the supply chain is becoming the norm. With greater warehouse capacity, Conquest has increased their investment in locally held spare parts and inventory. Meaning, they can continue to uphold their reputation for speedy delivery, exceptional service and customer support.
At their new premises, Conquest have also prioritised dedicated space where they can deliver comprehensive operator training and demonstrate their extensive range of industrial floor sweepers and scrubbers.
Their Sydney-based hire fleet has also expanded, with Conquest now offering the widest range of commercial and industrial floor cleaning and outdoor maintenance equipment on flexible hire terms.
