Care Calls, customer satisfaction surveys and floor cleaning health checks are just a few of the initiatives planned for 2017.

Lisa is the new kid on the block, joining the Conquest Customer Care team in November last year, on the back of 4 years in the mining industry. A committed crossfitter, Lisa believes a good session at the gym is the best way to start each and every day. She is equally committed to ensuring all Conquest customers receive the very best care, at every interaction.
Stephen joined the Conquest family in January 2012, on the back of experience gained in the storage solutions industry. 5 years on, Steve is more passionate than ever about providing quality customer solutions, and aims to delivery on every promise with integrity. At the weekend, you’ll find Steve chilling by the Murray River with a small esky and a sizeable serve of protein on the kettle Webber.
Elizabeth has been bringing joy and sunshine to Conquest for almost 12 months. Lizzie works hard to present the best version of herself in all aspects of her life, and is excited about her future with Conquest. Our customers enjoy the full benefit of Lizzie’s personal drive, as she demonstrates care and diligence in service delivery at every interaction.
Sarah feels like she is almost part of the furniture at Conquest, having joined the team some 4 years ago. Her claim to fame is shaking hands with the one and only Ashton Kutcher, whilst travelling in the States – an experience that left her understandably lost for words! Sarah believes it is important to treat our customers as members of the Conquest family, and endeavours to go the extra mile to ensure her customers know they are valued.
Tracey will be celebrating her 1st year milestone with Conquest in March. Prior to joining the team, Tracey gained experience across various industries including car rentals, civil construction and mining. Tracey prides herself on personalising the customers’ experience, and remembering the little details that matter most. A mum of 3, Tracey spends her “spare” time ferrying her children to their various sporting pursuits, and hitting the coast for a dip at the beach.
Tammy is one of Conquest’s longest standing employees, clocking over 15 years. Born and bred in Geelong, the city of blue and white striped blood, she often longs for the beautiful coastline she left behind. So if she is missing in action, you know where to find her! Tammy’s background in Customer Relationship Management has been a driving force at Conquest, and she is passionate about forging life-long partnerships through service excellence.
