Once again, the past year has provided its fair share of challenges and impacts, as we have all learned to become accustomed to operating in the COVID restrained environment. I’m proud to say that as a team, Conquest have responded to these challenges with agility and dedication to meet the changing operational needs of our customers.

With the prospect of a brighter 2022 on the horizon, I want to send my sincere thanks for your continued support and best wishes for the year to come.

With the needs of our customers always at the forefront of what we do, we took proactive and decisive steps to counter the headwinds of increased freight lead times and inventory shortages which were evident in 2021. Through expanding our already comprehensive spare parts inventory, we were able to ensure our Zero Downtime  Program continued to deliver on its promise of minimal disruption for our customers.

An exciting development for us this year, was being able to expand our sales and servicing network into South Australia. Our new Adelaide branch opened in March, enabling a whole range of new customers to experience our Conquest machines and the customer service we pride ourselves on.

We evolved our service and support offering, with a key focus on providing an agile and more intuitive experience for our customers. Underpinning this, has been the introduction of our Conquest QR system, which provides operators instant access to a full suite of maintenance manuals, training videos and part ordering associated with their machine.

Our commitment to excellence extends to our employees and I’m very proud to be able to share that Conquest has been accredited as one of Australia’s Greatest Places to Work.

Looking forward to the coming year, we have an exciting range of programs and initiatives in the pipeline to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry. With borders now opening and travel resuming, we are excited to be able to re-establish face-to-face relationships with our customers and showcase our expanded range of products through exhibitions and trade shows.
