As 2018 draws to a close, Conquest Managing Director Michael Mathews shares his highlights from the year that was and looks forward to the exciting year ahead.
2018 has been a year of growth for Conquest as we have strived to improve our infrastructure ensuring that our customers are receiving the best possible care throughout every stage of their journey with Conquest. We have welcomed new team members across our departments, including more qualified service technicians with fully equipped vans, a new spare parts management system and larger premises for our Brisbane team.
Conquest has continued to raise the bar when it comes to industrial and commercial floor cleaning equipment. We have expanded our range to include the latest innovations in floor sweepers and scrubbing machines. This included the mid-year launch of the Conquest HDS90E-D floor scrubber, which was placed as a finalist in the 2018 INCLEAN Innovation Awards. This power scrubber was recognised for its intuitive smart technology and advanced safety features, whilst being incredibly simple to operate and delivering an outstanding result.
Throughout the year Conquest facilities nationwide opened their doors for invitation only trade events. We were also proud to exhibit at industry trade shows including the Queensland Mining Expo (QME) in Mackay and ISSA Cleaning and Hygiene Expo held at Sydney’s International Convention Centre.
2019 is shaping to be an exciting year with plans to launch of several new models and continue evolving our business to deliver exceptional service.
