Keeping your cleaning equipment well-maintained is smart business. That’s why at Conquest Equipment Technologies, 2016 is The Year of Service. Achieving service excellence, building relationships with clients and understanding their unique needs has been integral to the strategy and success of Conquest from the very beginning.

To better enable the delivery of a high quality after-sales support embodied in the Service Vision, Conquest is pleased to introduce a number of additional experienced service professionals to the team.

Glenn Harford, Conquest’s new Business Development Manager in Sydney, has a wealth of experience in providing floor cleaning solutions. He brings to Conquest a passion for understanding the equipment inside out and ensuring that clients are provided with a solution that works for them.

Peter Harris, who joins the Melbourne team as Business Development Manager, is a Melbourne native passionate about supporting Australian businesses. Peter takes great pride in delivering measurable benefits to businesses and brings his intimate understanding of the materials handling industry to Conquest’s intelligent team.

Frank DeAngelis, service technician joining our Broadmeadows facility and on-road team, is a highly skilled auto electrician with experience servicing almost everything with moving parts. His dedication to keep learning and solving new challenges every day positions Frank perfectly to deliver service excellence.

Tracey Neale has taken the reins in our Broadmeadows facility as service controller. This key role, which ensures that emergency and preventative maintenance programs operate efficiently, is critical to service excellence. Tracey’s background in service control and enthusiasm in overcoming strategic difficulties mean she is ideal for the challenge of coordinating Conquest’s service team, enabling the company to continue providing reliable support when and where it’s needed. Additional administration and customer service support alongside new and improved customer engagement systems further enhances Conquest’s Service Vision.

Conquest’s fleet of service vans has also grown, a key investment in continuing to deliver the company’s unique preventative scheduled maintenance program. By regularly visiting clients to inspect and repair equipment, Conquest can stop the small issues before they become expensive problems. It’s Conquest’s clever way of saving you money.

With more resources and better systems than ever before, Conquest is positioned to provide the convenient and efficient on-site servicing of your floor cleaning equipment.  You can expect faster turnaround, greater flexibility and less disruption to your daily activities – be it for an urgent service call-out or scheduled preventative maintenance.

All of these exciting developments are just a small step in Conquest’s journey to provide you with the smarter clean floor solution, today and into the future. After all, clean floors don’t just look good—they’re the foundation for a happy, healthy, and safe community.
