Conquest Sydney Team Expanded
Conquest is delighted to have expanded its Sydney team. Welcoming industry experts to both the sales and service team, bringing with them a wealth of knowledge and experience, strengthening the depth and breadth of our offering to customers in New South Wales.
No.1 floor cleaning equipment supplier
Managing Director, Michael Mathews says, “the Conquest team is proud to offer over 130 years of combined industry experience and are currently experiencing rapid growth across Australia and New Zealand which is very exciting. We have invested heavily to support this growth as our vision is to become the number one floor cleaning equipment supplier.”
He says, “Many of our customers are in the Sydney region, enjoying our superior products, service and support. We look forward to building an even better experience for them and taking our relationship into the future.”
Building and strengthening customer relationships
David Miller has joined Conquest as a Key Account Manager. He brings over 30 years’ experience in capital equipment, with five of those years spent working directly in the cleaning industry. He says, “My aim is to continue to build and strengthen our customer relationships, cementing our position as trusted partners in delivering floor cleaning solutions.”
David says he’ll use his industry experience to strengthen the capability of the team. “I would like to fortify our Sydney team, promoting stability to ensure consistency and reliability for customers – this is the key to success.”
Asked about his vision for Conquest Sydney, David says, “It’s to not only be the floor cleaning machine supplier of choice, but also the employer of choice in the floorcare industry.”
Our second addition to the sales team, Andrew Dillon, a Business Development Manager with over 10 years’ industry experience, has similar aspirations. He says, “I would envision Conquest being recognised as the most trusted brand in the floorcare industry, the supplier of choice with the best sales, service and aftermarket solutions and support.”
In his role, Andrew seeks to grow the New South Wales customer base. He says, “My aim is to build relationships, fostering continual growth for Conquest in New South Wales. I would also like to increase our rental portfolio across the state and build a strong fleet that will contribute to company growth.”
Increased service and support
Conquest has also added two additional maintenance vehicles to our fleet to provide our customers greater support and service. These vehicles are complimented with additional fully qualified technicians who have extensive training in the maintenance and repair of commercial cleaning equipment. These technicians are able to visit customers on site to attend to their commercial cleaning machines, power scrubbers and floor sweepers.
Expanding our service team in the Greater Sydney region provides our customers with faster response times, maximising the floor cleaning machine’s operation, improving productivity and, consequently, the overall customer experience. “We’re delighted to be able to offer greater service and support to our customers,” Michael says “We have equipped ourselves with a qualified and knowledgeable team who are ready to solve your floor cleaning challenges.”
