NEW CONQUEST ONBOARDING PROGRAM AMIDST NATIONWIDE EXPANSION
In keeping up with our growth and demand, and aligning with our ongoing pursuit to deliver exceptional customer service, Conquest has introduced a new onboarding program to better support customers following purchase of their new Conquest power sweeper or floor scrubbing machine.
Unique to Conquest, onboarding is the business phase between order placement and ongoing post-purchase support, where our dedicated specialists ensure you receive consistent and practical technical and customer support. The process includes safe and timely delivery of your new commercial cleaning equipment, easy-to-follow operator training performed at your site, and developing communication channels to assist you with integrating the new equipment into your cleaning processes.
Onboarding can make all the difference to the adoption of your new Conquest floor cleaning equipment. We’ll help you refine your cleaning processes as well as help ensure the safest, most cost-efficient and effective cleaning practices are adopted by operators. The benefits extend beyond the personalised delivery and training experience, with long term rewards as well. A seamless transition ensures your machine servicing and technical support needs are well understood, and allows you the opportunity to establish connections for ongoing support with consumables, spare parts and the services provided by our experienced Conquest technicians. Thorough and personalised training also reduces the risk of machine misuse and potential damage, resulting in operator accountability and ultimately less machine downtime.
During onboarding, you will also be introduced to our Conquest Customer Care team, who are charged with fostering ongoing relationships with our valued customers. Customer Care are your dedicated resource to raise questions, feedback or concerns at any stage during your Conquest journey and they will work with you to proactively address any challenges.
Newly appointed on boarding specialist Anthony Mann, services the Brisbane and greater-Queensland area. Offering more than 17 years of industry experience, he considers himself to be a hard working, honest Queenslander with a passion for fishing, racing and cooking. Quickly proving to be a valuable addition to our industrious and dedicated Queensland team, Anthony is trusted with providing professional assistance and guidance in pre-delivery and field service jobs. He is also working in partnership with our customers who have recently purchased a Conquest industrial floor sweeper or scrubbing machine, to ensure timely delivery to site along with provision of comprehensive technical operator training.
