As we fast approach the festive season, Conquest managing director Michael Mathews takes a moment to reflect on the year that was, and shares his insights regarding what we can expect in 2018.
One of the biggest highlights for Conquest this year was the official opening of our grand new National Head Office and Warehouse facility conveniently located in Tullamarine, Melbourne. With increased office space, significantly greater warehouse space, new racking systems, increased inventory of parts and spares, as well as conferencing facilities and in-house machine servicing, we are now better positioned to keep up with unprecedented company growth and offer solutions that improve our customer’s experience.
We’ve also given our systems a major overhaul, implementing a new ERP system, along with new barcoding platform and phone system.
Our focus on delivering innovative solutions for even the most challenging floors sees the consistent introduction of new industry-leading technology. Noteably, the impressive MMG Plus scrubbing machine was launched ahead of the ISSA Cleaning and Hygiene Expo in Melbourne earlier this year, and we are proud to have been recognised as runner-up in the INCLEAN Innovation Awards.
The latest addition to our range, the Maxima 50BT walk-behind floor scrubber machine, is tipped to impress!
At Conquest, we are proud of our people and culture, which is built on a strong team spirit and a collective drive to succeed. This year we have been fortunate to come together nationally and regionally on a number of occasions to share our vision, deliver coaching and training, and celebrate individual and collective successes. We have also welcomed several new additions to the Conquest team and intend to kick of 2018 with a bang at our National Staff Conference at Mitchelton Winery mid-January.
We approach the New Year with excitement and anticipation, as we plan the launch of several new and impressive floor cleaning machines. We look forward to sharing more details with you soon!
