We recently caught up with Matt, the Warehouse Supervisor to check in on how their warehouse facility was operating with the addition of the Conquest PB110E Sweeper and XL70BTS Scrubber.
The challenge?
CEA were looking for a two-prong solution to decrease the unproductive time in cleaning and maintaining a safe workplace. “We’d usually spend 1.5 hours a day cleaning, mopping, tidying the bays before the next machine comes in, it’s unproductive time we can’t bill for.” Being in a mechanical workshop, there are time where there is grease and oil on the floor, decreasing the presentation of the facility but mainly the safety of the facility. CEA were after a solution to minimise cleaning time, whilst providing a safe and clean working for their staff.
The Solution
The Conquest PB110E was a natural choice for CEA. With earthmoving equipment there is understandably a lot of mess, with apprentices and mechanic’s constantly cleaning up after repairs the sweepers saves alot of time. “The guys can simply jump on and clean. Its also very helpful for our outside yard which attracts a lot of dirt and debris.”
The XL70BTS Scrubber means grease and oil hazards which would previously have been a safety concerned are quickly and efficiently addressed and cleaned.

Conquest’s flexible rental option worked well for CEA as it gives them the ability to grow and scale as required.
